Eating five cookies today will not make you fat. Do you know what will? Eating 5 cookies everyday for a week, a month. Being healthy isn’t about eliminating food but having ALL foods in moderation.

The lesson to be learned? Society may (always) have a constrained view of what’s attractive, but that doesn’t mean you have to buy into it.

I’m not saying there is anything wrong with either of those, but sometimes I feel like the middle sized ladies (size 4-10) get left out of the spotlight. It’s awesome to have someone with a similar body shape and structure as me to look up to :)
